We aim to launch you well into your next kingdom calling. At the 9-month mark, you enter a formal discernment process to select your future trajectory:
Option A: Year 2 Residency - A second-year transition to full or co-ownership of a ministry department, complete with an official ministry title to explicitly build a professional resume.
Option B: Kingdom Deployment - We actively leverage Haven's broader pastoral and church network to help you find a paid position with a partner church or local non-profit.
Option C: Paid Staff Position - If church growth metrics and budgetary capacity align with your leadership capabilities, formal employment offers may be extended.
